Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information GLP1.partners ("GLP1.partners", "we", "us") collects through glp1.partners, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.
GLP1.partners is a business-to-business service for US GLP-1 telehealth brands and the affiliates who work with them. The website is for business inquiries only. It is not meant for patients, and we do not want any patient or health information. Please don't include any in a form or message.
Information we collect
Information you give us in the contact form.
- Brands: name and work email; optionally brand website, monthly ad spend range, licensed states and a note.
- Affiliates: name and email; optionally your site or traffic source and your main traffic type.
Information collected when you submit the form. The page you sent the form from, the time, and your approximate country, which our hosting provider (Cloudflare) derives from your IP address. We use your IP address to check for bots and to limit repeated submissions. We do not store your IP address in our lead database.
Messages you send us. If you email us or message our Telegram account (@glp1partners), we receive your message and the contact details that come with it, such as your email address or your Telegram name and username. The same applies to our Telegram bot when it is available.
Website analytics. When analytics is turned on, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type, approximate location and how you reached us. Clarity can record how a visitor moves through a page. We mask the contact form so what you type is not recorded. These tools load after the page loads and use cookies or similar technology.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not collect health information.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- reply to your inquiry and set up a call
- decide whether we can work together and prepare a proposal
- keep the site secure and block spam and bots
- understand which pages are useful and improve the site
- meet legal obligations and protect our rights
We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similar effects on you.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only for the purposes above:
| Provider | What it does for us |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts the site, stores form submissions (Cloudflare D1) and runs the Turnstile bot check |
| Telegram | Delivers a short alert about each new inquiry to a private team group, and carries messages you send to our Telegram account or bot |
| Resend | Sends email alerts about new inquiries to our team inbox |
| Zoho Mail | Hosts our email, including hello@glp1.partners |
| Google (Google Analytics 4) | Website analytics |
| Microsoft (Clarity) | Website analytics and session insights |
Telegram alerts contain only the minimum needed to follow up: the inquiry type, your name, your website or traffic source, and your ad spend range or traffic type. Your email address and notes are not sent to Telegram.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and analytics choices
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity set cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works. You can also use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Microsoft describes how Clarity handles data at privacy.microsoft.com. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing.
How long we keep information
- Form submissions and related emails: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we sign an agreement, in which case we keep business records for as long as the agreement and the law require.
- Telegram alerts and messages: on the same schedule as the form submission they relate to.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics 4 event data for up to 14 months. Clarity keeps recordings for about 30 days and aggregated data for up to 13 months, under Microsoft's settings.
- Security logs kept by Cloudflare: under Cloudflare's own retention periods.
When we no longer need information, we delete it.
