- 410affiliates
- 27GLP-1 brands
Send us your current GLP-1 payout. We'll beat it.
Tell us what you earn today on a GLP-1 offer and where your traffic comes from. Your manager comes back with a higher payout on a GLP-1 offer that fits your traffic.
What to send us:
- the payout you get today and the event it pays on
- your main traffic source
- links to your sites, pages or ads
- your rough monthly GLP-1 volume
Who the GLP-1 affiliate program is for
The GLP1.partners affiliate program is for affiliates and media buyers who already send US traffic and want a higher payout on GLP-1 offers. Most of the affiliates we work with run one of these:
- SEO and content sites: reviews, comparisons, provider guides and weight-loss content with US readers
- Paid social on Meta, with creative the brand has approved
- Search campaigns on generic terms on Google and Microsoft
- Native campaigns with a pre-lander we review first
- Email to an opt-in list you built yourself
You don't need GLP-1 history. Affiliates from telehealth, health insurance, fitness and other weight-loss offers often fit, because the audience overlaps.
We turn applicants away when the traffic would cost the brand its offer or its ad accounts. That means non-US traffic, incentivized, cashback or bot traffic, sources you can't show us, pages that pose as news, a doctor or a celebrity, and anyone who plans to write their own weight-loss or prescription claims.
How joining our GLP-1 affiliate network works
Joining the GLP1.partners network takes six steps, and each one is handled by the same manager.
- 1. You send your payout and traffic.Use the form on this page or message us on Telegram. Include what you earn today, the event it pays on, and links to your pages or ads.
- 2. Your manager reviews the traffic. We look at the sources, the geography, sample pages or ads, and how you disclose your affiliate links.
- 3. You get an offer and written terms.Your manager picks the GLP-1 offer that fits your traffic and sends a higher payout, the payout event and the rules in writing.
- 4. We review your creative and landing pages.Ads, pre-landers, emails and review pages are checked against the brand's approved claims before any traffic runs.
- 5. You run a test. You get your tracking links and send a first batch of traffic, so both sides can check that conversions record correctly.
- 6. You scale with your manager.Once the numbers hold, you add volume. Your manager stays your contact for new creative, new offers and any questions from the brand.
Traffic we accept
We accept US traffic from these sources once your manager approves your plan. The rules in the right column come from the brands we work with and from the platforms' own policies.
| Traffic source | Accepted | Rules |
|---|---|---|
| SEO and content sites | Yes | Reviews, comparisons and guides. Affiliate disclosure near every link. No made-up ratings or reviews. |
| Meta (Facebook, Instagram) | Yes | Brand-approved creative only. No before-and-after images, no weight-loss result claims. |
| Google and Microsoft search | Yes | Generic terms. No bidding on brand names without written approval. |
| Yes | Your own opt-in list, CAN-SPAM compliant. Subject lines and copy reviewed first. | |
| Native | Yes | Pre-landers reviewed first. No fake news layouts or fake doctor quotes. |
Brand-name bidding has its own rule. Unless the brand approves it in writing, you can't bid on the brand's name, its misspellings or "brand + coupon" terms, and you can't register lookalike domains. Brands run their own search on those terms, and an affiliate who bids against them usually loses the offer.
Creative follows the brand. You use the claims, prices and images the brand has approved. If you want to test a new angle, send it to your manager first and run it after it's approved.
Creative and FTC disclosure checklist for GLP-1 affiliates
Every GLP-1 placement you run for us has to pass this checklist. The disclosure items come from the FTC's Endorsement Guides, 16 CFR Part 255, which require you to disclose a material connection to the brand, such as being paid for sales. The FTC explains how in FTC's Endorsement Guides: What People Are Asking.
- The disclosure sits next to the link or the claim, not only in a footer or an "about" page.
- It uses plain words such as "paid link" or "I earn a commission if you sign up through this link".
- In video, the disclosure is in the video itself, not only in the description.
- Reviews and ratings reflect what you actually know about the brand. No fake reviews, and no reviews you were paid to write without saying so.
- No weight-loss result claims, no before-and-after images, and no promise that anyone will get a prescription.
- A compounded medication is never called a generic or the same as an FDA-approved drug. The FDA lists that among the claims it treats as false or misleading on its page for telehealth companies.
- Prices and plan details match the brand's current landing page.
- The page doesn't pose as a news outlet, a doctor or a celebrity.
- Sub-IDs and URLs label traffic sources only. No names, emails or health details in them.
Why GLP-1 affiliates get removed
GLP-1 brands remove affiliates when the traffic puts the brand's offer, its ad accounts or its customer base at risk. These are the reasons we see most often:
- Result claims or prescription promises the brand never approved
- Missing or hidden affiliate disclosures
- Bidding on the brand's name or registering lookalike domains
- Incentivized, cashback, bot or non-US traffic mixed into the source
- Pre-landers dressed up as news stories or doctor recommendations
- Sign-ups that the brand reverses in large numbers, such as duplicates, fake details or people who never meant to buy
- Traffic that changes source without telling the manager
Most of these are fixable when they're caught early. Your manager flags problems with your traffic before they reach the brand, so you can correct a page or pause a source instead of losing the offer.
Why affiliates move their GLP-1 traffic to us
Semaglutide affiliate programs
A semaglutide affiliate program pays you when a visitor you send signs up for a telehealth weight-loss plan where a licensed clinician reviews their intake and may prescribe semaglutide. Brands sell either the branded drug or a compounded version, and some sell both. Before you send traffic, check:
- whether the landing page sells branded or compounded semaglutide, and whether your copy says the same
- which plans count toward your payout, since some programs pay only on multi-month plans
- which states the brand serves, so you don't pay for clicks the brand can't accept
- the claims the brand allows about price and access
Tirzepatide affiliate programs
A tirzepatide affiliate program works the same way as a semaglutide one, with tirzepatide as the medication on the plan. Many brands offer both medications on one landing page, and some pay a different amount for each. Before you send traffic, check:
- whether your payout changes when a visitor picks tirzepatide over semaglutide, or switches later
- whether the offer is branded or compounded, and how the brand describes it
- how the brand supplies the medication and whether supply could change, because a paused offer takes your traffic with it
- whether your creative mentions a medication the landing page doesn't sell
Telehealth and weight loss affiliate programs
A telehealth affiliate program for weight loss covers the wider offer: a membership or program that includes a clinician visit, follow-ups and, where prescribed, a GLP-1 medication. "Weight loss affiliate programs" in general also include supplements, meal plans and apps. GLP1.partners runs GLP-1 telehealth offers only. For these offers, check:
- the payout event, which can be a booked consultation, a paid intake or a first order
- what the visitor pays at that point, and whether the medication is billed separately
- what happens to your conversion when a clinician doesn't prescribe and the brand refunds the visitor
- whether the brand's own ads or emails can take credit for a visitor you sent
What to check in any GLP-1 affiliate program
The best GLP-1 affiliate program for you is the one whose terms fit your traffic, so compare programs on the points below before you move volume. Ask for each answer in writing.
| Term | What to ask |
|---|---|
| Payout event | Exactly what has to happen for you to get paid, in the program's own words |
| Cookie and attribution | How long the cookie lasts, whether it's last-click, and whether the brand's own ads can override your link |
| Approval | Who reviews your application, what they ask to see, and whether creative needs sign-off before launch |
| Validation | How long conversions are held before they count, and what ends the hold |
| Clawbacks | Which events reverse a paid conversion, such as refunds or chargebacks, and for how long after payment |
| Brand bidding | Whether any brand-term bidding is allowed, and on which terms |
| Allowed traffic | Which of your sources are approved, listed by channel |
| Payment terms | The schedule, the minimum payout and the payment method |
| Your contact | Whether you have a named manager or a support inbox |
A program that won't answer these in writing is hard to plan around, whatever the headline payout. When you send us your current terms, your manager answers the same list for the offer we propose.

Questions affiliates ask us
Is GLP1.partners an affiliate network or a single brand program?
A network. We work with many US GLP-1 telehealth brands, so your manager can match your traffic to the offer that fits it and pays more, instead of tying you to one brand.
Do I need to be in the US?
No. You can be anywhere. Your traffic must be US and follow our rules.
Do you show payouts on the site?
No. Your manager shares payouts with you directly, in writing, once we know your traffic.
What if I'm new to GLP-1?
Tell us your traffic and your other verticals. We'll say whether we're a fit, and if we are, your manager walks you through the creative and disclosure rules before you start.
Can I bid on GLP-1 brand names in search?
Only with the brand's written approval. Without it, brand-name bidding, lookalike domains and "brand + coupon" keywords are not allowed.
How do I get paid?
Payment method and schedule are part of the written terms your manager sends you.
