Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of glp1.partners (the "site"), operated by GLP1.partners ("GLP1.partners", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Business use only
The site is for businesses: US GLP-1 telehealth brands and affiliates who want to work with us. You must be at least 18 and, when you contact us for a business, authorized to act for it.
No medical advice
GLP1.partners is a marketing and advertising business. Nothing on the site is medical, legal or financial advice. Our guides describe advertising, platform rules and the GLP-1 market for business readers. Check platform policies and laws that apply to your business with your own advisers.
What you send us
When you use our contact form, email us or message us on Telegram:
- the information you give must be accurate and yours to share
- don't send patient information, health information or anything confidential you aren't allowed to share
- you agree we can use what you send to reply to you and to assess working together, as described in our Privacy Policy
Contacting us does not create a business relationship or an agreement.
Offers and proposals
Information on the site about our services, channels and affiliate offers describes what we do in general. A specific offer, including any affiliate payout we propose to you, applies only once it is confirmed in writing by our team, and a working relationship is governed by a separate written agreement. Results differ from brand to brand and affiliate to affiliate, and figures on the site describe our past work, not a promise of future results.
Content accuracy
We work to keep our guides correct and dated. Platform rules, laws and markets change, and a page may be out of date by the time you read it. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Our content
The text, design, graphics and logo on the site belong to GLP1.partners or its licensors. You may read and share links to our pages and quote short passages with a link back. You may not copy the site, republish whole pages or use our name or logo without our written permission.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- break any law or anyone's rights
- send spam, malware or automated form submissions
- try to defeat our bot checks or rate limits, or to access systems you are not allowed to access
- scrape or copy the site at a scale that affects its operation
- pretend to be someone else or misstate who you represent
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as platform policy pages and regulators. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GLP1.partners is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold GLP1.partners harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which GLP1.partners is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of that state, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version applies from its effective date. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.
