Hims & Hers affiliate program, checked against 8 listings

Affiliate directories describe a Hims affiliate program, but they disagree on almost everything: status, payout, network and even country. On October 24, 2026 FlexOffers showed it as “Active” while Cuelinks said it “has been paused by the advertiser”. None of the 8 listings we read describes weight loss or GLP-1 products, which Hims & Hers now advertises heavily.

Hims & Hers has no affiliate page we could read on its own sites. On October 24, 2026, hims.com and forhers.com both returned a Cloudflare bot check to our browser. The newsroom has no affiliate or partner link. So status comes only from network listings:

• FlexOffers: status “Active”, last updated September 8, 2026.
• Cuelinks: “This Campaign has been paused by the advertiser”.

The two listings name the same merchant (Hims, forhims.com), and both are US listings.

What directories claim vs what Hims & Hers says

This table puts each listing next to what Hims & Hers’ own pages and ads say. We checked every row on October 24, 2026.

Three of the 8 listings cover the UK program or a “Hims Loyalty” supplements program, so their percentages describe a different storefront. The US listings were written for a men’s health catalog. If you plan to send GLP-1 traffic, none of these pages tells you whether weight loss orders are commissionable, or at what rate.

Program terms shown on the Cuelinks listing

The Cuelinks listing is the only public page we found with what looks like program terms, as of October 24, 2026. Short quotes:

• Allowed media: “Text Link” and “Banner”. Disallowed media include coupons, email, native ads, “Social Media”, “Facebook Ads” and every SEM option (brand, generic, and brand plus generic).
• Coupons: “Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program.”
• Non-commissionable: “Sales tax, shipping fees and gift certificates”, plus “branded merchandise and non-subscription products”.
• Protected search terms: “hims, forhims, wearehims or any combination, variation, or misspelling”, with negative matching “Required for all protected SEM keywords”.
• Geography: “Prescription products are not available through hims in every state.”

Networks named for Hims

Listings name six platforms: Impact, ShareASale, FlexOffers, Katalys, Sovrn Commerce and Cuelinks. The Impact references on LinkClicky and affi.io point to Hims UK. Only UpPromote’s entry pairs Impact with the US, and Hims & Hers’ own pages don’t confirm any network.

Hims & Hers GLP-1 products and prices

The March 26, 2026 release sets out the GLP-1 offer. Prices were checked October 24, 2026:

• Products: Wegovy pills, Wegovy injections and Ozempic injections. Since the April 23, 2026 release, providers can also prescribe Zepbound vials and KwikPen and Foundayo.
• Membership: from $39 for the first month, then “auto-renews at $149/month”.
• Medication: “cash-pay prices starting at $149 a month”, billed separately. The release says “Medication is not available without a membership.”
• Pharmacy: Zepbound and Foundayo prescriptions go “to the LillyDirect® pharmacy”.
• Insurance: the release prices medication as cash-pay.

That split decides what a commission can be paid on. A first order can mean a $39 membership charge, a medication charge from $149, or both. Renewals add a $149 membership charge each month. Ask which charge triggers the commission, and whether Zepbound and Foundayo prescriptions filled through LillyDirect count. More on payout structures in GLP-1 affiliate commissions.

How Hims & Hers advertises on Meta

The Meta Ad Library showed these active US ads on October 24, 2026:

The weight loss ads on the hims page name branded medications: Wegovy, Ozempic and the Wegovy High Dose Pen. They repeat the $39 membership and $149 medication prices, and they stress that care is 100% online. Most of the dated ads in the sample started on October 19, 2026. Some of them run under individual creators’ names instead of the brand page. Other ads use catalog templates. Meta shows these ads’ creative only to signed-in viewers who confirm their age, so formats weren’t visible to us.

The Cuelinks terms above apply to affiliate traffic only: they list “Facebook Ads” as a disallowed source for affiliates on this listing. If paid social is your channel, confirm the current terms with the program before you build creative.

FDA warning letters to Hims & Hers

FDA sent two warning letters dated September 9, 2025: MARCS-CMS 716567 for hims.com and MARCS-CMS 716825 for forhers.com. Both concern website claims for compounded semaglutide. The hims.com letter quotes “Same active ingredient as Ozempic and Wegovy” and “Clinically proven ingredients”. FDA’s warning letter index listed no response letter and no close-out letter for either one on October 24, 2026.

The letters and the newsroom name the company as Hims & Hers Health, Inc. Its trademarks belong to Hims, Inc. The parent trades on the New York Stock Exchange as HIMS.
