GLP-1 offers reach affiliates through four kinds of telehealth affiliate networks and programs: affiliate marketplaces such as Impact and Awin, brands’ own programs on tracking software, CPA networks, and GLP-1-only networks. Of 24 public GLP-1 programs we found on October 23, 2026, 8 used a marketplace. The right route depends on who sets your payout and who approves your creative.
Where GLP-1 brands host their affiliate offers
Most GLP-1 brands that publish an affiliate offer host it themselves. We checked 144 US GLP-1 telehealth brands on October 23, 2026, and found a public affiliate program for 24 of them.
Here’s where those 24 programs sit:
| Where the program runs | Programs | Examples (alphabetical) |
|---|---|---|
| Third-party marketplace or network | 8 | Found and WeightWatchers Clinic (Impact), HealthRX (Awin and Katalys), Noom (FlexOffers) |
| Brand-run, on tracking software | 5 | Direct Meds (Tapfiliate), OrderlyMeds (Everflow), WeightRx (ThriveCart) |
| Brand-run, own sign-up page, form or email | 10 | Cora Health (email application), Good Girl Rx, Mondae |
| Not stated | 1 |
One brand, TrimRx, shows up on a marketplace and on its own Everflow sign-up, so we counted it once, under marketplace. We rechecked four rows on October 27, 2026. Found’s page still says “We partner with Impact to manage our affiliate program,” HealthRX still lists “Awin + Katalys”, Direct Meds still runs its sign-up on Tapfiliate, and Cora still takes applications by email.
So 15 of the 24 programs sit with the brand itself. If you only search marketplaces, you see about a third of the public market. Our method for finding the rest is in how to find a GLP-1 brand’s affiliate program.
Four types of telehealth affiliate networks compared
The four types of telehealth affiliate networks differ mainly in who holds the contract with the brand. That party sets your payout, passes on the brand’s creative rules and decides when the offer stops.
| Type | Examples | Who contracts with the brand | Who sets your payout | Who approves your creative | How you apply |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Affiliate marketplace | Awin, FlexOffers, Impact | You, with each brand, through the platform | The brand, on the platform | The brand | One platform account, then one application per brand |
| Brand-run program | Everflow, Tapfiliate or ThriveCart sign-ups; in-house forms and email | You, with the brand | The brand | The brand | The brand’s sign-up link, form or email |
| CPA network | ClickDealer, VEXIO, XenTraffic | The network | The network, from what the brand pays it | The brand, through your network manager | Network account, then approval per offer |
| GLP-1-only network | GLP1.partners | The network | The network | The brand, through your manager | One application, offers matched to your traffic |
Any of the four types can carry the same GLP-1 offer kinds: monthly or multi-month telehealth plans, paid consultations, and branded or compounded medication, each with its own claim rules.
GLP-1 affiliate networks by name: what each one carries
GLP-1 affiliate networks differ most in whether they carry prescription telehealth offers at all. Some large affiliate programs exclude prescription drugs, so their “GLP-1” results are supplements. Each row below states what the network’s own pages show, except ClickDealer, which comes from a third-party offer directory. All rows were checked October 30, 2026.
| Network | Type | GLP-1 offers, per its own pages |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Associates | Retail affiliate program | Lists “prescription drugs, or any other product sold by Amazon Pharmacy” under Excluded Products |
| Awin | Affiliate marketplace | Hosts GLP-1 telehealth advertisers, such as the FindMyDirectDoctor merchant profile (compounded and oral semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide). HealthRX also lists Awin for its program |
| ClickBank | Product marketplace | Prohibits “Drugs that require a prescription.” Its weight-loss list describes ElectroSlim, a supplement, as one that “helps maintain GLP-1 hormone levels” (ClickBank GLP-1 offers) |
| ClickDealer | Affiliate network | A ClickDealer offer for Gala GLP-1, listed on the offer directory WOW TRK (last updated September 26, 2026), shows the vertical “Nutra - GLP-1 Telehealth”, geo USA, and “This offer requires approval.” |
| Katalys | Telehealth affiliate network and platform | Describes itself as “Performance Marketing Solutions for Telehealth” and runs brand program pages such as its TrimRX affiliate program guide. HealthRX lists it next to Awin. Its 2022 rebrand post says “Before, we were RevOffers” |
| VEXIO | Affiliate network with in-house media buying | Its offers page lists GLP-1 telehealth offers with a “GLP” tag |
| XenTraffic | Affiliate company (network, vendor, media buying) | Lists “Telehealth and GLP-1” among its offer verticals in a June 14, 2026 post |
How payouts work through a telehealth affiliate network
Through a network, the brand pays the network and the network pays you. Your payout is the brand’s rate minus the network’s margin, so the number of layers between you and the brand matters.
- Direct with the brand. You see the brand’s own terms: payout event, attribution window, hold.
- Through a CPA network. The network can set a different rate, a different hold and its own payment schedule. Ask whether the brand’s clawbacks pass down to you, and on what timeline.
- Through a sub-network. A second network in the chain adds a second margin and a second set of terms.
The payout models (flat CPA, CPA by plan length, rev share, recurring) can show up on any route. We cover what brands publish in GLP-1 affiliate commissions.
Which traffic telehealth affiliate networks accept for GLP-1
Telehealth affiliate networks pass the brand’s traffic rules on to you for GLP-1 offers. In the public programs we checked, content and creator traffic are allowed with conditions, paid search is limited, and brand bidding and coupon-code traffic are mostly banned. The ad platforms certify the brand, not you. Meta: “Meta requires online pharmacies and telehealth providers to be actively certified with LegitScript.” Google, in its US prescription drug terms update with enforcement from October 29, 2025: you “must be certified in order to keyword-target these terms.” Both policies were checked on October 30, 2026.
That’s why creative approval flows from the brand, whatever route you use. The full program-by-program traffic table is in how GLP-1 affiliate programs work.
Our own rules for publishers, in short:
- Affiliate disclosure next to every link, in plain words.
- Brand-approved claims only. No weight-loss results, no before-and-after images, no prescription promises.
- No brand-name bidding without the brand’s written approval.
- Coupon and deal sites are accepted, using the codes and claims the brand approves.
- No push or pop traffic, and no bot traffic.
The full list and the accepted-traffic table are on our publishers page.
How to check a telehealth affiliate network
Check a telehealth affiliate network on its link to the brand first, then on its terms. XenTraffic, a CPA network, writes in its own checklist: “Legitimate networks have direct relationships with advertisers.” Ask every network these questions and get the answers in writing:
- Is the network direct with the brand, or does it get the offer from another network?
- Who reviews your creative, the network or the brand, and how long does review take?
- Which brand clawbacks pass through to you, and for how long after payment?
- What’s the payment schedule, the minimum and the method?
- Which tracking platform does it use, and does it support postbacks to your tracker?
- What are the sub-ID rules? Sub-IDs should label traffic sources only, with no names, emails or health details.
- What happens to your traffic and pending conversions if the brand pauses the offer? (More in why GLP-1 offers get paused.)
- Does the network train and monitor its affiliates?
Question 8 has a regulatory side. In its Endorsement Guides FAQ, the FTC tells an intermediary that recruits and pays endorsers for marketers: “Like an advertiser, your company needs to have reasonable programs in place to train and monitor the influencers you pay and direct.”
FAQ
What is a telehealth affiliate?
A telehealth affiliate is a publisher, creator or media buyer who sends visitors to a telehealth brand through a tracking link and gets paid when a defined event happens, usually a first paid order. For GLP-1 offers, the brand’s clinicians decide on any prescription. The affiliate only sends traffic.
What is a CPA network?
A CPA network holds contracts with advertisers and pays affiliates a fixed amount per action, such as a sale or a sign-up. You get one account and access to many offers, and the network sets your rate from what the advertiser pays it.
What is a sub-affiliate network?
A sub-affiliate network gets its offers from another network instead of from the brand. That adds a second margin, and news of brand changes reaches you a step later.
Tell us the offer and what it pays you today, and we’ll come back with a better number on a comparable GLP-1 offer.
GLP1.partners is a GLP-1-only network with offers direct from US GLP-1 brands. We’ve scaled 27 GLP-1 brands and work with 410 affiliates.
How the comparison works is on our payout match page.
